Freshdesk is a cloud-based software provider, headquartered in San Francisco and has its development center in Chennai. It was founded in the year 2010 with a dream of providing excellent customer services. The software lets businesses understand their after-sales support quality and makes it way easier for businesses to communicate with customers and it is done through multiple communication channels like social networks, email, etc. The actual idea came from a comment Hacker News post back then in 2010. They understood the need for personal customer support and so they started bringing up one. Later, Freshdesk won the Miscrosoft Bizspark startup challenge and gained success steadily.
