Guidelines For Shipment Policy

To request cancellation, you much send an email to care@lensfit.com with the Order ID clearly mentioned in the subject. Once the cancellation has been accepted, the order amount will be refunded back to you after deducting payment gateway and handling charges if applicable. The mode of refund will be the same as the mode of initial payment.

Policies Of Returns & Exchanges

A customer is eligible to raise a return or exchange request in any of the following cases:

Once the return is accepted, Lensfit will arrange for a pickup. Post pickup, the team will inspect the product. In case the product is found damaged, used, or has an accessory missing, the Lensfit team reserves the right to deny replacement/refund.
