Shipping Terms and Conditions
If you order from Mumbai or Thane, you can save on shipping charges when the cart value is above Rs. 599. For others, shipping charge depends upon the weight of the order. Similarly, Mumbai customers can enjoy a next-day shipping. The order should be placed from Tuesday to Saturday. For the orders that are placed on Sunday and Monday, the delivery happens on Tuesday. For people ordering from other cities, food can take from 2 to 7 days to deliver.
Returns/ Cancellations Policy
When you order perishable food, it is very important that you get fresh products. However, in case you identify that the fruit or vegetable you received does not look fresh, the customer should return it to the delivery agent at the time of delivery itself. You won’t be charged for that particular item. For defective groceries, you can inform the call center within 72 hours of receiving the product. Similarly all those products that are expired, decayed, torn, or contains insects, can be returned within 2 days of the delivery.
